Erin Beasley
Erin is the Executive Director of Ecosystem Restoration Camps USA. In this role, Erin brings fifteen years of nonprofit experience in over ten countries in the Americas, Africa and Asia related to climate change, agriculture, local strategies for resilience, international policy and organizational development. Prior to her current position with Ecosystem Restoration Camps, Erin worked with Conservation International to ensure the inclusion of nature in climate action under the Paris Agreement, and continues to stay active in the policy space an independent advisor to the Inter American Institute for Agriculture (IICA). She worked extensively in Cochabamba, Bolivia developing trainings with women farmers on climate adaptation and agroecology. Erin studied at the Yale School of the Environment and speaks Spanish, along with some Portuguese, French and Quechua. You can find her gardening and rock climbing when she is not advocating for ERC’s amazing restoration partners.

Fatima Fernandez is a lawyer, and activist working with many NGOs in Mexico City, such as: Like Juventud Real, Extinction Rebellion, Alianza Juvenil por la Sostenibilidad, Nuestro Futuro, Empoderando Juventudes, etc.
In the private sector, Fatima is a manager in legal matters, human resources, and communication. She is studying for a master´s degree in environmental politics, management and law, and has completed diplomas in urban legislation as well as in negotiation, mediation and prevention of socio-environmental conflicts between communities, companies and the State.
